Who we are

Blueline Advertising Services was founded in 2026 with a simple mission:

“Help businesses grow while giving back to the communities we serve”.

Based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Blueline Advertising works with businesses across the region to create effective advertising solutions that increase visibility, build stronger brands, and generate measurable results.

The company was founded by Phillip Isham and Alicia Isham, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to both professional excellence and community service.

Phillip Isham, Owner and Founder, is an active law enforcement officer in Oklahoma who has built his career around service, leadership, and integrity. He is also a Shriner and Freemason, and he strongly believes in supporting organizations that make a positive impact in local communities.

Alicia Isham, Owner and Founder in addition to being an amazing mother, she is a Registered Nurse and shares the same passion for helping others and improving the lives of those around her.

Phillip and Alicia are proud parents of three daughters and one son. Much of their time outside of work is spent supporting their children’s activities. Their kids stay busy with gymnastics, cheerleading, and baseball. You’ll often find the family attending events, competitions, and games throughout the area.

As a family rooted in the community, Phillip and Alicia regularly support and attend local events across Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Claremore, and Tulsa.

At Blueline Advertising Services, business success and community impact go hand in hand. A key part of the company’s mission is not only helping businesses grow, but also generating revenue that allows Blueline to give back to organizations that support and strengthen the local community.
